On social media, a video of the incident that shows one of the pupils making offensive remarks about the female teacher has gone viral.
The trio can be seen in the 28-second video interrupting the teacher as she is teaching the class and saying “I love you” to her.
But three of the accused pupils have already been held for the same after an official complaint was made against them at the police station under the applicable provisions of the IT Act and Molestation.

Following the teacher’s complaint, a case has been filed against three students under IPC Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 500 (defamation), and the applicable section of the IT Act, according to Circle Officer, Kithore, Suchita Singh. A police source has confirmed that the three students have been detained.
